Platige is a vehicle for creative endeavors specializing in designing CG imagery, 3D animation, and digital special effects. At Platige, we combine film and advertising work with a strong passion for art, education, and entertainment. We are currently looking for Artist to join our film and game cinematic team at our studio in Warsaw, Poland.

Candidates need a varied skill level across the areas of model, texture, shading, design and look development. You’ll collaborate closely with the Art Directors and Supervisors to define the vision for both the environment modeling.

Required skills:
- a minimum of 3 years of experience in game development VFX/cinematics or tv commercials
-experience in visualization using Maya,
- strong knowledge of Maya and Photoshop,
- an exceptional understanding of form, shape, and structure in regard to modeling,
- eye for light, color, and detail in creating texture maps,
- experience with the creation of shaders and materials,
- candidate must have self-motivation and be a great team-player,
- candidate must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality results.

Plus:
- experience with Arnold, Mari, Zbrush,
- a traditional arts background including environmental drawing or architectural illustration,
- understanding of lighting and rendering.

Required:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in rigging and scripting in game development environment, commercials, VFX or equal.
- Extensive, long term experience in Maya.
- Production proven experience in design and create of face animation rigs, auto rigging systems and hi-end data flow tools in Python/MEL and/or C++.
- Experience in mentoring and support other TD’s and Character Animators.
- Good problem-solving abilities.

Layout/Previs Artist (artist)

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Layout/Previs Artist 

ROLE: The person will be responsible for creation of proxy 3d assets, staging, blocking and camera work. The assignments of the candidate will be to create the previsualization sequences and shots for the movie according to the director's guidelines, whilst reporting to the lead layout artist.

The main task of the Producer will be to support Platige Image in searching for new projects in the areas of films, trailers, cinematics, CG. If you are passionate about animation, have knowledge of the video games market and want to develop your skills in a sales position – it is possible that we are looking for you.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Your Responsibilities:
-Investigating the international market for planned events and upcoming opportunities in the computer animation, VFX, and video game cinematics industry.
-Establishing new contacts, building and strengthening client relationships. 
-Supporting the process of project acquisition at every stage, from contact through negotiation, and up to signing the contract.
-Supporting proper and timely servicing of acquired projects. 
-Active involvement in the creation and implementation of new solutions in the business development pipeline.

Our Requirements:
-Knowledge of the computer animation and VFX or video game industries.     
-Fluency in spoken and written English.     
-Experience in working directly with clients.
